School Pictures 2012/2013 ~ A Pleasant Surprise!

Ben's "school picture" for this year came out super cute....definitely NOT reminiscent of some of the beauties I have from my school days!  I love the contemporary style of the photographer, and I even took Anna to have hers done, too, even though she's not in preschool yet.  I'm always surprised how she can get them to give such a natural, beautiful smile.  These were a few months ago, so Anna has more hair now and Ben has less (haircut!), ha ha!!

Halloween Cuties :) 2012

We had a great Halloween this year!  Ben was a shark, and Anna was a cupcake.

We went over to a friend's neighborhood and met up with all of their little buddies to go Trick-or-Treating.  Ben and Sophia led the way!!

Anna is, of course, too little to eat candy and just started walking.  So, she got to be chauffered in the wagon from house to house.  Sweet  little thing had on so many layers, she just sat there in the wagon with her arms sticking out like the kid from "A Christmas Story"!!

Ben's 3rd Birthday, Continued!

After everyone played a while, it was time for a ride on the bus - whoo hoo!!  Ben was a little apprehensive at first, but once everyone got on he had a ball!

Ben's 3rd Birthday

Ben is THREE...I can hardly believe it!  His big day this year was all about school buses ~ he is crazy about them since his two big brothers ride them to school :)  It all started with him "driving" the bus on the invitation to his School Bus Party!!

It was such a fun theme, Mama went crazy with the decorations!!

We had lots of yummy food...Ben was in HEAVEN since he has the biggest sweet tooth ever!  (Wonder where he got that from??)

 He was probably most excited about the school buses and stop signs on the cupcakes.  He saw me making them a few days before and told EVERYONE he could about it, ha ha!!

He was also SUPER excited that his cousin Hank came all the way from NC to his party!  Those two had a blast, and were "full speed ahead" the entire weekend!!

To start the party off, as the kids arrived, everyone played in the basement in a bouncy house.  I'm glad we did all the bouncing before eating pizza, cake, cookies and marshmallows!!

Yes, that's Chandler in the bounce house, too, haha!!!
